Founding Partner
Brittany Weiner is a partner of Imbesi Law Group P.C. She has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2016-2021. Brittany handles a variety of litigation matters. Her practice focuses on FINRA arbitration and employment law.
Brittany has extensive experience in discrimination cases (for example - race, religion, age, pregnancy, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and national origin), wage and hour violations such as unpaid overtime and failure to pay minimum wage, failure to accommodate and provide lactation breaks, negotiating severance agreements, negotiating non-competition agreements and more.
Brittany also has extensive experience representing registered representatives through the FINRA arbitration process. Brittany has represented individuals in their request for Form U5 expungement (both customer complaints and intra-industry termination), promissory note disputes and more. Brittany is also a certified FINRA arbitrator.
Brittany graduated from New York Law School, magna cum laude, where she served as an Executive Board Member of the school's Law Review. Brittany is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.
